Harvest priority lanes run May through September. Field repair dispatch targets same-day response within our 150-mile radius. Shop rebuild slots are reserved specifically for harvest-critical failures — combine heads, feederhouse chains, and grain elevator drives jump the standard queue. We maintain two dedicated harvest-season bays that do nothing but emergency work June through August.

Pre-season slots open January 15 each year and typically fill by March 1. Fleet accounts get first-call scheduling access. A standard 12-point pre-season inspection on a combine runs 4–6 hours shop time and covers all wear surfaces, hydraulic pressures, and electronic calibration.

Our flat-rate quotes are binding. If a job exceeds the quoted hours due to our diagnostic error, you pay the quoted price — period. If additional damage is discovered during teardown, we photograph it, stop work, and call you before touching anything. No surprises on the invoice.

Yes. We are an authorized sub-contractor for Case IH, AGCO, and John Deere warranty repairs. Our documentation meets all OEM submission requirements. The dealer retains the customer relationship and the warranty claim credit — we provide the labor and the paperwork.

Torque carries $2M general liability and $1M professional liability. All warranty repairs include our own labor warranty on top of OEM parts coverage. If a Torque-performed repair fails within our warranty period, we rework it at no charge — parts and labor.
